FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I consign items?
It’s simple! Select a location and register for an upcoming sale. You can choose to consign as a Premium Seller — if you don’t have time to price and tag your items, we’ll do it for you and you’ll earn 40% commission. Or, if you’d rather earn more and don’t mind doing the work, become an Independent Seller and take home 65% commission on items sold!
Is there a fee for parking?
No, we do not select venues that require paid parking. Parking is always free.
Do I have to work the event in order to sell my items?
No, working the event is optional! However, there are benefits to joining us for a shift or two - including additional VIP Sale passes and extra commission.
When can I expect to get paid?
If you consign at an event, you’ll receive your check about two weeks after the sale ends.
Does it cost anything to join the sale?
Yes — there’s a $15 consignor fee, but don’t worry, it’s simply deducted from your earnings after the event.
Do you have fitting rooms?
No, we do not have fitting rooms available at our sales. This helps us maintain a clean and safe environment for all customers. It also ensures security standards are upheld.
What is StitchCycle's Community Closet?
We’re opening our FREE Community Closet not once, but twice during the sale! You’re invited to come by on Lifeline Animal Services Donation Day — that’s the day before the sale opens to the public — and again on Half-Off Discount Day, the final day of the event. Take what you need, leave what you can. No questions asked — just community care, while supplies last. Because fashion should lift up, not break down. 💛
What items are available for free at StitchCycle's Community Closet?
On Lifeline Animal Services Donation Day, clothing, shoes, and accessories that were not accepted into the sale are made available to the community. On Half-Off Discount Day, the final day of the event, select items from the sale are also offered for those in need.
